Since 1997 Massage Therapy Works has specialized in helping people of all ages reduce muscle pain due to a structural imbalance caused by injury, muscle strain or repetitive stress. Offering a wide variety of massage and bodywork techniques to ensure success, we also specialize in calming the nervous system and helping the immune system by reducing the stress it would otherwise have to deal with. Our role is primarily one of facilitation, and we firmly believe in your body's innate ability to heal itself. Yet it is often apparent that some level of intervention is required to help one's mind and body make an energetic shift towards a state of balance and ultimately self-healing. We have five private treatment rooms and currently seventeen professionally-trained knowledgeable body workers dedicated to helping you maintain your health and recover from your injuries.

Here are some helpful tips if you are feeling like your energy is drained.

🏃‍♀️ regular exercise- outdoor is ideal but anything gets your endorphins going

☀️ natural sunlight- open your curtains and let the sunshine in. If you can get outside within 2 hours of waking is even better!

💆‍♀️get a massage- massage helps increase your serotonin levels. Serotonin plays a key role in regulating mood, sleep and digestion

Meet our newest therapist... Jenna!

Jenna is a licensed massage therapist (graduate of ). She is also a certified yoga instructor, retreat facilitator, and wellness coach specializing in whole-body health. Her work balances calming Swedish techniques to settle the central nervous system and deep tissue techniques to address those more stubborn pain points. Jenna is certified in positional release as well as prenatal massage.

Jenna’s approach to massage focuses on the physical as a path to nurture and healing for the stresses of life. She has been described as a “touch savant” and a “massage prodigy” — testaments to the intuition and intentionality she brings to each massage, and the connection
