Let's talk about the State of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry "STEAR" Program

Did you know that Texas has a free registry (must re-register every year!) that allows Texans with disabilities, limited mobility, or communication barriers to inform local officials about those needs. The registry provides participating local emergency planners and emergency responders with information related to your needs during an emergency. To learn which services are available in your area, you can Google "Texas STEAR Program _____" filling the blank in with your city.
