Culpepper Garden We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit retirement housing community located on five pleasant acres in the heart of Arlington, VA.

Home to low- and moderate-income seniors since 1975, we offer independent and supportive services in comfortable, convenient and secure apartments in Arlington, VA. Our residents are low- and moderate-income seniors ages 62 and older. We have two independent living facilities where 267 seniors enjoy safe and convenient apartment living. In addition, our supportive sevices center offers 24-hour support to another 73 residents who need help with activities of daily living.

Today we were honored to welcome Congressman Don Beyer, who spoke with our senior residents about legislative priorities, the impacts of recently passed bills, and our organization’s ongoing transition. Our residents deeply appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from our elected leadership and to share their concerns and perspectives. It was a meaningful conversation that ensured their voices are heard on the issues that matter most to them.

That’s a wrap on Safety Week — and what an awesome week it was! 🚨🙌 Our residents stayed sharp and engaged with a lineup of fun and informative events, including Game Day with public safety and a well-attended speaker panel packed with great tips on fall prevention. 🧠👟 A big thank-you to our Property Director for leading floor safety briefings and keeping safety top of mind. We do this every year because nothing matters more than being prepared and staying safe! 💪🏽
