Living in Vermont means always having to navigate the uncertainty of winter storms. We know it’s challenging to reschedule appointments and balance everyone’s needs, but the safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. To ensure clear and timely communication with those who were scheduled for tomorrow, we have made the decision to close.

Please note: A provider will be on call should you need urgent after-hours medical assistance.

⚠️ Attention - SCAM NOTICE ⚠️

We were made aware today that a member of the Arlington community received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Battenkill Valley Health Center. The caller used spoofing technology to make the caller ID read that it was a call from BVHC. The caller asked for personal information and insurance information. This was not a BVHC employee.

If you ever receive a call, and you are unsure if the caller is from the health center, please err on the side of caution ⚠️ hang up the phone and call us back on our main line. This applies to any call you are unsure about. Scammers are getting very creative. When in doubt, call the trusted number.

Thankfully, the community member was savvy and did not give out any of their information. And they went the extra step to inform us so that we can make others aware.
