OFFICIAL APOLOGY LETTER 💌

To anyone who has:
• Zoomed in on a stranger’s jawline
• Paused a meeting to show “just one more” before & after
• Looked in the mirror and thought, “Wait… has my neck always looked like that?”

This is our formal apology. 🫢

We’re guilty of making facelifts and neck lifts look too natural… the kind where people only say,
“Wow, you look really rested. New skincare?”

Side effects may include:
– More mirror selfies
– Fewer filters
– Random bursts of “I actually love how I look” confidence

We recognize the chaos this can cause in your group chats and Calendly.
We also have no plans to stop. 😇

If you’ve been personally victimized by this account, please accept this apology and:
👉 Comment “GUILTY” below
👉 Send this to a friend who keeps sending you facelift reels
👉 Save this post as evidence for when you book your consultation

With regret (and great results),

I don’t do facelifts just to turn back the clock—I do them to turn the confidence back on.
When patients walk in for follow-up standing taller, smiling bigger…that’s the real result.

Is this result real… or AI?” 🤖

As AI tools get better, we have to talk about what’s okay (and what’s not) with plastic surgery before-and-afters:

1️⃣ No fake results
AI should never change scars, contours, wrinkles, or implant size. That crosses into false advertising and destroys trust.

2️⃣ Transparency matters
Patients deserve to know that our B&As show real surgical outcomes, not filtered, Facetuned, or AI-enhanced images.

3️⃣ Privacy & consent
Using AI tools on patient photos (even “just to edit”) raises questions about data security, ownership, and informed consent.

4️⃣ Simulations vs results
AI/3D simulations can be helpful — as long as they’re clearly labeled as visual aids, not promises.

5️⃣ Bias & beauty standards
AI is often trained on narrow beauty ideals. We have to be careful not to erase diversity in faces, bodies, and skin tones.

🧵 In my practice, I believe before-and-afters should be:
✅ Real
✅ Unretouched (beyond basic lighting/cropping)
✅ Honest representations of what surgery can do

👇 I want to hear from you:
Would AI-edited results make you more or less likely to trust a surgeon?

Messages like this truly make my day. We’re still in the very early stages of healing, but seeing my patients already this happy with their results is the biggest compliment I could ask for.

Thank you for trusting me with your surgery and your confidence. 🙏

Trying out this sleek AI-generated transition video and shout out to for posting the technique first. The before and after result is real—- the transition was made by a robot. I’ve got a lot to say on the matter and will be posting soon! What do you all think? Let’s hear in the comments below 👇🏼 and after

Switching the game plan 🎯

This patient came to me after a prior donut (periar**lar) lift and augmentation. While the scar stayed around the ar**la, that technique alone doesn’t always give us enough control over the lower pole of the breast—especially in revision cases.

For her revision, we’re planning:
✨ Implant exchange – to better match her frame, goals, and tissue quality
✨ Converting donut → lollipop (vertical) lift – adding a vertical component lets me reshape and support the lower breast, not just lift the ni**le
✨ Better lower pole control – improves projection, reduces “bottoming out,” and creates a rounder, more youthful curve
✨ Refined ar**la position & shape – for a softer, more balanced look

Yes, a lollipop lift adds a little more scar, but in the right candidate it gives far more control over shape, symmetry, and long-term support—which is ultimately what most patients care about when they look in the mirror. 💗
