Some nights feel heavier than others when you’re missing someone as deeply as you, Dad. 🤍
I believe heaven is lucky to have you. Truly. But there are days when I can’t help wishing that luck had stayed with us longer. The world feels quieter without you here — without your voice, your guidance, and the way you made everything feel safe just by being present.
You were such a gift to our lives. To our everyday moments. To our laughter. To the feeling of home that surrounded us when you were near. Even now, I still look for you in the small things — in memories that catch me off guard, in the strength I rely on during hard days, and in the love that never left my heart.
Losing you changed everything, but not because love ended. It changed because love had nowhere to go except deeper inside me. It settled there, becoming part of who I am and how I keep moving forward.
Tonight, I light a candle 🕯️ and let my thoughts drift upward. I pray 🙏 that you know how much you are missed, how deeply you are loved, and how forever you remain part of us. Heaven may hold you now, Dad, but you live on in every memory and every quiet moment of longing. ✨

Everything we do is prayed over.
Before we poured the concrete for our Arlington expansion today, we stopped to pray and placed a Bible in the ground—asking God to bless this space, the families we’ll serve, and every life that walks through these doors. Our foundation is built on faith and service ✨🕊️

We also got word that our licensing should be ready next week and plan to have both generations of the Brown family giving prayer over our 2nd location and announcing very soon of the doors opening at our Second location ✨

We will notify once we are officially open at our second location to the public!

To good not to share when battling Grief ✨

Grief is like glitter. In the beginning, it's everywhere.. on your hands, in your hair, scattered across every corner of your life. You try to clean it up, to restore some sense of order. And for a while, it seems like you've succeeded. But then, one day, you move a sofa or open a forgotten drawer, and there it is again. A tiny sparkle that catches the light and reminds you of what you lost.

It doesn't go away completely. It settles, becomes quieter, less overwhelming. You learn to live with it, to carry it gently. And years later, when you find a bit of that glitter tucked behind a shelf, you might smile. Maybe even laugh. Because it reminds you of love, of connection, of someone who mattered deeply.

Eventually, something will catch your eye.. a photo, a favorite song, a familiar scent, and instead of pain, you'll feel warmth. That's the quiet truth about grief.

It stays with you, but it changes. It becomes a part of your story, a soft echo of the love that never really left.
