Two office spaces available in the heart of Falls Church. Located on the ground floor. (handicap accessible)

One corner office 155 sq feet with two windows. Priced for full time (7 days a week access) at $1450 or $800 for part time (3 days a week access).
Second office is 170 sq feet (no windows) but two entrances/exits (one with direct path to office suite rest room and building front entrance. Priced for full time (7 days a week access is $1550), or $850 for part time (3 days a week access).
These options are for rent only. No employee positions.

Both offices located inside Falls Church Wellness Center. The largest mental and physical health wellness center in the Northern Virginia area. Opportunity to cross refer and group market with several types of clinicians. Free advertising on the Falls Church Wellness Center website. Utilities, waiting room (closed due to COVID19 right now) and private suite rest rooms included.

Walking distance to the East Falls Church Metro and several restaurants/businesses. Immediate access to Route 29 and 66. Huge spacious parking lot (no street parking or pay to park).

Ideal space for Acupuncturist, Chiropractors, Mental Health Clinician, Any Holistic Health Providers, Physical Therapists, etc. Could also be used for any type of teleworking/private quite office to fulfill work needs.

Short term leases can be discussed. 3 months or 6 months available.
