Yesterday I experienced my first Aroma Touch Therapy by KEEP IT SIMPLE with Brenda Tanner.
I arrived with a stuffed nose, stomach trouble, fatigue, achy neck & back. My nose cleared up before I left, and my stomach trouble stopped, but all else was the same…….
UNTIL THIS MORNING!
I woke up feeling rejuvenated! My neck & back feel great today too! I’m very apprehensive when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I can honestly say I’m a believer now!
I only tried this because I was having what seemed to be hot flashes a couple weeks ago. She gave me an oil to try & it brought the heat way down!
I’m excited to start using her homeopathic remedies as opposed to pharmaceutical’s.
If you would like to try a 1 hour aroma soft touch session, do NOT hesitate to contact her!
And if you already use these, but need more, please help my sister out! 🙏🏼☝🏼❤️
And I’m going to set up a party soon 🎉

Quinoa is so good for us. Not only is it high in protein, it's also one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids.

Check out this easy recipe for quinoa vegetable soup:

1/4 cup quinoa rinsed
1/2 cup carrots diced
1/4 cup celery diced
2 tablespoons onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups water
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/4 parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Saute quinoa, carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil till softened. Add water, tomato, and cabbage, Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Season to taste, and garnish with parsley. For variations add other vegetables chopped and sauteed. Enjoy!

We often think of self-care as a form of selfishness, but that couldn't be less true! When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to care for those around us.

Great read from Tiny Buddha!

A lot of people think self-care is selfish. Here are some other common misconceptions and why it should be our top priority to take good care of ourselves.
