Freely Movable Joints:
Expand Your ZB Knowledge Beyond the Core Protocol
Have you taken Freely Movable Joints recently? In 2025, the class, developed by Dr. Fritz Smith, received an infusion of new energy. Teachers Lisa Berger and Megan Lavery revisited, reviewed and provided excellent updates to the Freely Movable Joints (FMJ) study guide to ease learning, highlight FMJ principles and to give students the confidence to create their own fulcrums for ankles, knees, wrists, shoulders and more. This year, ZB teachers are excited to be teaching this wonderful class, so 2026 is a great time to take this class near you. FMJ is a 25-hour program that counts toward the 100 hours of courses required for ZB certification.
