Dr. Elise Hernandez is the owner of Vitality Family Chiropractic located on the south side of Arlington. Her office is part of a global health movement called Maximized Living. The mission of Maximized Living is to change the way people view and manage their health. The 5 Essentials of Health (Maximized Mind, Maximized Nerve Supply, Maximized Quality Nutrition, Maximized Oxygen & Lean Muscle, and
Minimized Toxins) encompass the core values of her office and provide the structure from which she delivers care. She has a passion for educating her community on how employing these five essentials ensures that people fulfill their God-given potential and live the lives they deserve to live. Dr. Elise earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and then went on to complete her postgraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. In addition, she completed advanced training at the premiere Maximized Living Health Center training facility in Naples, Florida. As a Maximized Living doctor, she is certified in The 5 Essentials of Health and delivers these essentials to families in Arlington and the surrounding communities. Her ultimate goal is to help people minimize the usage of medication, prevent illness and disease, and to ensure that families in her community are able to experience their fullest health potential. Dr. Elise has taken on the purpose of helping Arlington become a healthier place. She enjoys partnering with local schools, providing free wellness checks for the teachers, education on proper nutrition, backpack safety classes, and scoliosis checks. In addition, she works with local businesses, teaching on proper ergonomics, workplace safety, and healthy living. She also enjoys serving local churches and transforming the health of congregations through programs such as Winning My Race and the Maximized Living Makeover.
