Our Breaking Bread Gala is THIS weekend, and it is made possible each and every year by an incredible community of sponsors. 💜✨

These partnerships do more than support an event — they fuel life-changing care, expand access to treatment, and help us reach more individuals and families on their path to recovery.

To all of our sponsors, thank you for showing up, standing with us, and investing in a future where healing is accessible to all. We’re so grateful to have you at the table with us on Saturday! 💚

Today we celebrate the strength, compassion, and leadership of women everywhere. 💜

At Rock Recovery, we’re especially proud to be an organization founded by a woman and powered by an incredible team of women who are deeply committed to changing the mental health landscape and helping eradicate eating disorders for good.

This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who lead, the women who heal, the women who advocate, and the women who bravely share their stories of recovery. Together, we are building a future where every person has access to compassionate care and the freedom to live fully.

Hello, March! 🌿🍀

The days are getting longer, and with more sunshine comes more time for those little self-care moments — checking in with yourself, or asking for help.

Wherever you are this month, give yourself the same kindness you would offer a friend. And most of all, remember that you never have to shrink yourself to belong here.

Keep these reminders close as you move through the month ahead — we are here for you if you need us! 💚

Happy National Snack Day! 🍿🍓🥨

To celebrate, the Rock Recovery team is sharing what we’re snacking on today (swipe to see what’s fueling our afternoon)! From sweet to savory, snacks keep us energized and satisfied throughout the day.

And here’s your gentle reminder: snacks are a normal and important part of nourishment. Listening to your body’s hunger cues and giving it what it needs — whether that’s a snack, a meal, or a treat — is an act of care, not something to feel guilty about. 💚

So grab a snack, enjoy it, and remember that your body deserves consistent fuel and kindness!

These past two weeks have been full, but our hearts are even fuller! 💚

From learning and connecting at the iaedp Foundation's annual conference to showing up in powerful ways for , we’ve had the privilege of standing alongside clinicians, advocates, partners, and community members who are all committed to expanding access to care and dismantling stigma.

We’re so grateful for the conversations, the collaborations, the brave stories shared, and the collective commitment to change. Every event, every connection, every moment reminds us that recovery IS possible.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, learned, shared, and stood with us these past two weeks. The work continues, and we’re honored to do it alongside you! 💛

Statistics tell us how big the problem is. Lived experience tells us why it matters. 💚

Awareness is powerful — but action is transformative. We encourage you to share this post with someone who might not know these facts about eating disorders, and help us spread awareness and education this . You never know who might have a story of their own to share.

When we listen to lived experiences, we build empathy. When we commit to change, we dismantle stigma. And when we come together as a community, we make recovery more possible for everyone.

If you or someone you know has a story to share, tell it! Never struggle in silence or shame, and remember, you always have a seat at our table. 💚
