She will live on forever in our hearts. It was a beautiful celebration of an amazing woman. Love and light to the Adams’s family!

It is with a heavy heart we share the sudden passing of Egoscue's Joan Adams.

Joan passed away on December 28, due to complications from pneumonia. She was surrounded by her family.

Joan will be remembered as a vibrant soul whose spirit touched the hearts of all fortunate enough to know her. As a clinic owner, Joan's passion and dedication left an indelible mark on our Egoscue family.

She was more than just an owner; Joan was a guiding light, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, cherished by many. Her warmth and kindness knew no bounds, leaving behind a legacy of love and inspiration.

Joan's absence has created an irreplaceable void, but her memory will forever shine brightly within our hearts.

Please bear with us as we navigate this loss together and work to honor Joan's legacy by upholding the spirit and values she instilled within our Philly Clinic.

Habits are one of many things to be aware of in your daily life as they directly affect your posture!

We are stimulus-response organisms so our bodies respond to anything and everything that we put into them. Habits such as slouching, holding your breath, or holding your shoulders up into your ears may have a negative effect on your posture where other habits such as doing your menu and going for a walk have positive effect on your posture!

Being mindful of your habits can be the gamechanger you need to continue forward on your path to a pain free life!
