The 2026 Race Against Resistance has come to a close!

Thanks to our incredible community, we reached our fundraising goal of $9,000 and, with matching support, reached a total impact of $18,000. These funds will support the Early Career Recognition Award and other key SHEA Foundation initiatives.

Congratulations to our prize winners: Dr. Erin Gettler, who won a one-year SHEA membership, and Dr. Harjot Kaur Singh and Dr. Karen Acker, who won SHEA-branded merchandise.

Special shoutout to Dr. Tom Talbot, our top activity participant this year!

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and supported the race - your energy and generosity make a real difference.
