Recently I was talking with a client about a challenge she is living with but cannot solve. She cannot change the circumstance and she can’t escape it either. “What do I do!?!” she asked. We humans do not like problems we can’t fix. We keep trying. We go crazy. We even get caught in attempts to control things, even control others…unintentionally. It drains our energy. It does not lead to peace.
