Here’s a fun venue for exercise and the proceeds go to a good cause.
The Michael J Fox and Parkinson’s Disease benefit for those inclined to cycle and help others.
Four distances are available for different levels of cycling endurance !!!! Starts and ends here in Bicentennial Park near my home in Southlake Texas.
I’m always talking to my patients about exercise. Just do it !!!!!!
