Today is National Rainbow Baby Day. If you have to ask, “What is that?”, consider yourself lucky.

Today we celebrate rainbow babies born after pregnancy, infant or child loss.

It is true that after a storm, a rainbow may emerge. But, it doesn’t make you forget the storm, or lessen the impact of the storm, but it is a reminder that to have hope that good things may be on the horizon.

Tomorrow is which got us thinking. IVF is very much a rollercoaster ride. It can make you nervous and anxious, often times you have no idea what is coming around the corner.

Sometimes you have to wait in a really long line, even just to get on the rollercoaster and you may even second guess your decision to go for a ride once in the car.

But with enough courage and strength, perhaps support from a loved one, you make it through.

Would you do it again? Well, I guess that depends on how you feel your ride went.
