To the women who keep everyone else going…

This week we’re celebrating Women’s History Month, and it made me realize something I see every single day in the office.

Behind almost every healthy family…
there is usually a woman keeping everyone’s spine in line.

She’s the one scheduling the appointments.
Reminding everyone to stretch.
Making sure the kids aren’t permanently turning into shrimp over their phones.
And somehow still managing work, life, and about 47 other responsibilities.

But here’s the question no one asks enough:

Who’s taking care of her spine?

Many of the women we see in the office are carrying a lot — literally and figuratively.
Kids, laptops, groceries, stress, long commutes, aging parents, desk jobs… the list goes on.

And the body keeps score.

Headaches.
Neck tension.
That tight band across the shoulders.
Low back fatigue that shows up at the end of the day.

Chiropractic care isn’t just about fixing pain once it’s unbearable.

Dear Vitalité Family,

Today we pause to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a man who reminded us that progress is not passive. It requires intention, courage, and—most importantly—movement forward, even when the path isn’t perfectly smooth.

Which brings us to… our new office. 😉

We’re happy to report that construction and remodeling are right on schedule, and we are officially on track for our grand opening on Monday, February 2nd at our new location. Walls are going up, floors are going down, and no one has adjusted a spine with a hammer (yet). Progress everywhere.

Dr. King famously said, “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl—but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”

That philosophy applies just as much to healing as it does to history. Whether your body is flying, walking, or crawling its way toward better function, consistency and forward motion matter—and we’re honored to be part of that journey with you.

As we head into February and settle into our new space, appointments are already filling, so we encourage you to schedule your upcoming visits now to secure times that work best for you—especially if you’re aiming for those popular before- or after-work slots.

We're moving!

Dear Vitalité Family,

Big news — Vitalité Chiropractic is moving up in the world. Literally. 😄

After many wonderful years at 1600 Wilson Blvd, our lease is coming to an end, and that means it’s time for our next chapter. Very soon, we’ll be opening our doors at our new home just down the street:

As for 1600 Wilson? Its future is… let’s say flexible (and not the chiropractic kind). With ownership changes and redevelopment rumors swirling, we decided it was the perfect time to proactively upgrade — so your care continues uninterrupted in a space that reflects where Vitalité is headed.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year from all of us at Vitalité Chiropractic! 🎉

A new year always brings that familiar mix of hope, resolutions, and the quiet realization that time somehow moves faster than our hamstrings. This past year came with its share of twists, turns, and occasional plot twists none of us asked for—but here we are, standing (hopefully upright) and moving forward together.

As we step into the New Year, we’re reminded of one of our favorite truths: Chiropractic adds life to years and years to life. It’s not about chasing perfection—it’s about staying mobile, resilient, and capable of doing the things you love without your body staging a rebellion.

And after a year that saw plenty of turmoil, this feels especially fitting:
“Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.”
