Hey Everyone, I wanted to let you know that I just updated my session types to include "Relaxation Massage", which will focus more on moderate pressure and an emphasis on easing and releasing tension through relaxation focused Swedish Massage techniques. It's also a bit little less expensive than my usual integrative massage sessions.

It has been said that many people are more aware of their self care needs as the seasons shift from summer to fall. The cooler months bring a bit more focus to our personal well-being. I've started doing that myself recently. Walking from Somerville to the Arlington studio on occasion has been great. Stop by and tell me how you're doing.

It's been great to see so many people back at the studio recently. I know the summer can be a very busy season for everyone, and now it seems like the slightly cooler weather is helping people to give themselves some more time for self care and balance. One day at a time right?
