Hey everyone, It's been great seeing a good number of people at the office recently, just before my time away. I've even been talking with another therapist who may be subletting the space while I'm away, which will be helpful. I'll be sure to let the community know how things are going once I'm back home. We still have about one week to go, and there are even a few session spots open. Feel free to treat yourself to a good seasonal release.

Hey everyone, thank you so much for the recent Gofundme support as well as simply coming in for a session. It's all been very helpful. Again, I will be away beginning December 1st, potentially for 3-4 months as I recover from my epilepsy surgery. I would love to see you at the office before my time away!

Continuing to feel very grateful for everyone that has been able to contribute to my upcoming medical recovery, as well as all of my massage therapy clients that have been booking sessions through the rest of the month. Beginning Dec 1st I will be out of the office for 3-4 months, so be sure to book a session before they're all booked up! -Ammon 🙂

I hope the week is off to a good start for everyone. I wanted to share that I will be out of the office for about 3-4 months beginning mid December. I will be back after that and will be looking forward to seeing everyone again. So, that gives you an open schedule of about 1.5 months. It would be great to see you. Details below.

It's very interesting that we feel our body's natural responses a bit more as the season becomes colder. A cool day will make us very aware of a sore neck or a tender hip. These are the days to take care of yourself. My studio is nice and warm!
