Last year, we gathered in the little seaside village of Quimixto, Mexico… 🌊🌿
Accessible only by boat, surrounded by jungle and ocean, it felt like stepping out of time.

We moved, we breathed, we shared stories under the stars. ✨
We swam in waterfalls, sipped cacao, and let the ocean carry away what no longer served us. 🌺💧

Quimixto held us like a mother in her warmth, her wildness, her beauty.
The laughter, the tears, the deep rest… all became part of the medicine.

I still feel the heartbeat of that week in my chest.
And I can’t wait to return. 💛

Today we hosted our first-ever Hot Mat Pilates class at and WOW what a launch.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who showed up, sweated it out, and made this new offering such a success. From the mindful movement to the Pilates ring burn and wrist weight shakes it was a whole mood.

Sanar el útero es un acto de amor propio y liberación ancestral.
Este 17 de mayo a las 9:30am nos reuniremos en Lake Goodwin, rodeadas de naturaleza, para abrir un portal de transformación profunda.
