What if nature is more than relaxing?
What if it’s medicine?

Research shows that chronic stress, constant stimulation, poor sleep, and nervous system overload can contribute to inflammation in the body — including elevated inflammatory markers like IL-6, which are associated with stress-related and autoimmune conditions.

But studies on time in nature tell a different story.

🌲 Forest exposure has been linked to:
• Lower cortisol (stress hormone)
• Reduced inflammation
• Improved immune function
• Increased natural killer (NK) cell activity
• Better sleep and mood
• Nervous system regulation

In Japan, doctors have prescribed “forest bathing” (Shinrin-yoku) for decades as part of preventive health care.

Nature slows us down.
And sometimes slowing down is exactly what the body needs to heal.

Our Digital Detox Retreat is designed to help you unplug from constant input and reconnect with rest, nature, and your body’s natural rhythms.

“Nature is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.” — Richard Louv 🌿

Research shows that time in nature can reduce stress, improve mood, boost focus, and support overall mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. In a world full of noise and constant stimulation, nature invites us to slow down, reconnect, and heal. 🍃

Experiences matter.

Singing at the top of our lungs with dear friends at the Sphere in Las Vegas… surrounded by 17,000 Eagles fans. 🦅✨

There’s something about music, memories, and being fully present in a place like that — the lights, the energy, the history — that just feeds your soul.

So grateful for nights like this, past and present, that remind me how important it is to live it, not just plan it.

Wishing you moments that turn into beautiful memories. 💖✨

During a year of grief, I learned something simple and powerful:

Healing doesn’t come from pushing through.
It comes from slowing down enough to feel supported.

Time in nature.
Fewer screens.
Less noise.
More space.

That’s what shaped our Digital Detox Retreat | July 13–17, 2026
near Lake Tahoe.

This isn’t about disappearing from your life.
It’s about returning to it more rested, present, and clear.
