Our Arlington Body & Brain Center is marking its 20th year at this location. Body & Brain will be 40 years in existence starting in 1985 in South Korea. However, it’s based on a 5000 (or older) year tradition of energy practice to create a harmonious life. We can practice on our own, but together is better!! 💪🏼🕊️☯️ It takes tremendous courage to do what is right. Even more to know what is right. May we uplift each other everyday.
