Rehab at Home Pediatrics began with the purpose of helping pediatric patients reach an optimal level of well being in their homes.

The mission of Rehab At Home is to provide compassionate quality care meeting the comprehensive needs of the patient whose care can be safely and effectively managed in the home care environment without regard to race, s*x, religion, or age. Our commitment for our patients is to achieve their optimal function level, so they can regain and/or maintain their independence in the secure environment of their homes
