Sharing a powerful quote from my book Armchair Conversations on Love and Autism. 💙

This story shows how intimacy in neurodiverse relationships can be misunderstood and what looks like distance can actually be vulnerability and unmasking. With the right conversations, couples can truly see and understand each other. If intimacy and connection feel confusing at times, you’re not alone. 📖✨

Co-parenting after separation can feel overwhelming. Emotions run high, routines change, and it’s easy to lose focus on what truly matters.

But your child doesn’t need perfection they need stability, respect, and love from both parents.

The way you communicate, plan, and show up every day shapes how safe they feel.

💬 Which tip do you think makes the biggest difference?
📌 Save this & share it with someone navigating co-parenting.

Communication differences in neurodiverse relationships often stem from:
• A need for immediate answers vs. emotional readiness
• Focus on details vs. broader context
• Varying comfort levels with verbal communication

Effective strategies include slowing down conversations, revisiting topics over time, and exploring other ways to connect beyond words such as shared experiences and quality time.

Sometimes it’s not that the love is missing… it’s just being expressed in ways we don’t always understand.

In neurodiverse relationships, small things can get misread so easily. What looks like distance might be someone trying to cope. What feels like “too much” might just be a need for reassurance.

The shift happens when we stop assuming and start asking.
💬 Have you ever felt misunderstood in a relationship?

After an autism diagnosis, the hardest question isn’t why it’s what next?

These two books were created to answer exactly that.

The first is a practical road map, guiding you from diagnosis to action with clear strategies, mindset shifts, and direction on finding the right support. It’s designed to help you move forward with confidence, not confusion.

The second brings those strategies to life.

Through real stories of 10 couples, it shows how these approaches are applied in everyday life navigating challenges, building understanding, and creating stronger relationships along the way.

Together, they offer more than just information they provide clarity, structure, and real-world perspective.

If you’re looking for guidance that’s both practical and proven, this is where to start.

Feedback isn’t always an attack.

Sometimes it’s just a different perspective we didn’t see.
The question is are you listening to understand or reacting to defend?
