Prepping meals is easier than what we may think.
Since learning how to batch roast vegetables, bake easy scrambles and freeze pre cooked meals I think less about effort and more about the time I gained for the rest of my day.
Thereโs a method to eat everything in a balanced way. Whatever your health goals are, the key word is BALANCE.
