Two of K Health Therapy’s favourite body systems are the fascia and lymphatic systems both deeply connected to my work in post surgery recovery, lymphoedema, lipoedema, scar therapy, and oncology massage.

How They Work Together

Fascia acts like the scaffolding and “protective casing” that supports lymphatic vessels. If fascia becomes tight or restricted. It can compress lymphatic vessels, slowing drainage. Lymph flow can stagnate, leading to swelling, heaviness, and inflammation. Conversely, if lymphatic function is poor, fluid can build up within the fascia, making it thicker, stickier, and more prone to adhesions.

It’s not about choosing which is more important healthy fascia supports healthy lymph flow, and good lymphatic circulation helps keep fascia hydrated, supple, and pain free. In practice, treating both together e.g., through lymphatic drainage + myofascial release gives the best outcomes.

Hello everyone! ✨
As many of my clients know, I am getting married to my wonderful high school sweetheart Logan this month.
I will be taking off May 18th-29th during this time to make soak in every moment, and make sure everything is absolutely perfect for our special day as the DIY lady I am.
