Traveling for the holidays doesn’t have to leave you bloated, exhausted, or rundown—just a few simple functional habits can keep your digestion, energy, and immunity strong on the road (especially with kids in tow).

Easy Digestion Hacks While Traveling:
• Prioritize warm foods + drinks (your gut loves warmth).
• Pack ginger chews or peppermint tea for on-the-go digestion. peppermint
• Get up and walk for 2–3 minutes every hour to keep things moving.

Protein & Hydration on the Road:
• Start every travel morning with a protein-rich meal to stabilize energy.
