The difference testing and not guessing makes.
The first two pictures are of Kraken in February 2026. He started losing hair on one side of his body, and then it progressed to his abdomen, his armpits, the other side of the body, and he was getting scabs on his neck.
Having worked as a veterinary technologist in dermatology, I knew exactly what was coming. If steroids and an antibiotic didnt resolve it, then we'd be looking into skin scrapings, impression smears, fungal testing, blood labs, biopsy, etc
In other words: $$$$$
With my training in functional medicine and finding testing strategies that work and are cost effective, I decided that Kraken would get a biomerian stress test after the traditional route provided no answers.
These were his results along with the recommendations to help address root causes.

I thought it was kinda funny that my cat needed cat's claw, and this is one of my favorites to use for viruses.
Kraken had recently received a feline leukemia vaccine because he does go outside and it is contagious to other cats, so that's why feline leukemia virus was showing up, but his hair loss started before he got the vaccination.
He wasn't itchy. He didn't seem bothered, buy it at all.He still wanted to go outside. The only thing odd is that he didn't seem as hungry as he had been in the past.
When we started this protocol, we mixed these products into his cat, food, and we enticed him a little bit with some canned tuna, salmon, or chicken which worked like a charm.
These are Krakens Before & After pictures and as you can see, his hair has completely grown back, he's gone back to his voracious appetite, and he's coming and going from the house and the office like it's his job.
We provide asccess to this kind of testing because pets are family too and sometimes traditional routes don't resolve issues, and can be expensive. Support is provided by donation through Heartful Wellness and testing is $90 via Quest 4 My Health. 100% worth it!
