✨Barre Forward is 7!✨

Megan here, BF founder. 7 years ago Barre Forward was just an idea. I felt a forward momentum to create this space that I still can’t quite explain. There were so many unknowns in the beginning but one thing was always certain, this space was meant to be more than a workout. It was meant to be a home.

Watching how our classes and community have touched your lives has been awe inspiring. Barre Forward belongs not just to me, but to all of us. I see the way your shoulders drop and your face relaxes as you become present in your body at the start of class. I see the way you feel more confident as you grow stronger. I see the way you feel at ease when you walk through our doors. This is your happy, safe space and to me that feels like the biggest success.

We would never be here if it wasn’t for our incredible team!
Thank you for believing in this vision, your dedication, and the love you give so freely to this community. Truly the best of the best!!

What we have built here over the past 7 years is something quite special. I don’t take any moment of it for granted. Cheers to the next 7!! 🖤

A sure sign summer is on it’s way is when we announce our Barre Forward at pop up class!!!

Wednesday, May 27th at 6pm ✨

Let’s barre then wine barre! Join us for a 45 minute outdoor class at Great Frogs Winery followed by wine tasting and a personal grazing box.

Grab your girls, make plans and snag your ticket! This event always sells out!!! $46 for BF and Great Frogs members, $52 for general admission. Includes class, wine tasting and a grazing box. Don’t forget your yoga mat!!

National Pretzel Day is on Sunday and really, why shouldn’t pretzels get their own day???🥨

Pretzel posture in a barre class can speed up the 🔥, just like this video. 😉

If only when your instructor cues pretzel it actually went by this quickly! 😅

It’s a family affair for Nicole as she usually checks one daughter into Littles Lounge or brings her teen daughter with her to class. She’s setting an amazing example for her girls!!

It’s been a longgggg winter. Let’s celebrate the return of warm weather with an outdoor waterfront pop up class!!

71 South is a new waterfront event space located just 2 miles from the studio!! Be sure to bring your yoga mat and plan to hang after for drinks and snacks!!

Barre Forward is about to turn 7 and we are gearing up for Birthday Week!!! 🎉

Birthday Week is our tradition because the studio was not allowed to host in person classes on our 1st birthday due to COVID. So, when our 2nd birthday rolled around we went big and just never stopped!!

It’s the most fun week of the year at the studio for our members as well as some new friends who join us for the week!

Mark your calendars for May 4-10! Members, book your classes for that week now!!
