God, brilliant Lord, yours is a household name. Nursing infants gurgle choruses about you; toddlers shout the songs that drown out enemy talk and silence atheist babble. Psalm 8:1–2

There are some very powerful words used in those verses to describe what happens when children sing and testify to the greatness of God.

Worship on our lips realigns our attitudes and heart posture. If you want to raise children who are in love with Jesus, teach them how to worship. Show them the pathway to him in everything they face. Life will give them lemons and curve balls. But as they worship, they will draw close to God and sit at His feet. It’s so important that we help our kids know how to find God. Worship is the pathway to His presence. 🔥🙌🏻❤️

Valleys might bring out our fear, but they also bring us closer to our Shepherd.

King David reminds us that “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me” (Psalm 23:4a).

And if He leads you through valleys that seem too difficult, He will carry you. Nothing we face is too hard for Him.

I just want to remind you today, you are not on your own. You have help. And not just help from anybody, you have help from the Lord who made heaven and earth. He stands ready. God stands ready today to help you in every way you need.

When we have the eyes of faith, we can see beyond our problems. We can see hope when others see despair. We can see opportunity when others see defeat. We can see that God is building something beautiful from all the broken pieces. We can look at our lives through the eyes of faith and see that even when it isn’t well with our circumstances, God makes it well with our souls. ♥️🙏🏻
