According to a national survey by Orlando Health, less than half of all Americans reported being concerned about the effects of poor posture on their overall health.

Be it slouching at your desk or picking stuff by adjusting your posture without standing up, it does not seem like a big deal. But the long-term effects of poor posture can lead to chronic neck and back pain. It can have ill effects that radiate throughout the body, causing muscle fatigue, breathing limitations, headaches, digestive problems, and mood disturbances. So, take a moment to sit up with your straight back, relax those shoulders, and dive into the importance of a good posture.

➡️ Better mood and energy

➡️ Bone, joint, and muscle health

➡️ Better breathing and fewer headaches

➡️ Improved spine and neck health

➡️ Improved circulation and digestion

➡️ Improved core and scapular strength
