Just a little PSA. Check your stereotypes! It is extremely invalidating for autistic folks to hear things like “you don’t seem autistic to me” or “but you seem so capable” or “I know an autistic person and they aren’t anything like you”. For the record, some of the most talented people I know are autistic!
