Morning, folks. I went to Keck Medicine at USC Wednesday 10/23 for two tests regarding my issues swallowing food.

I do not have results yet or information about the next step. I wait.

He casually mentioned one day at rehearsal earlier this summer that he took fencing in college, and fences with some locals here and there on the weekends. The princess in me wanted to see some sword fighting!!!! After bugging him enough, he let me go watch today. There was tea time and snacks first, and some chatting about several topics ranging from planets and moons, to reading books in German or French . I had zero to offer. Hahaha

Then they all got to it.

I have to admit, I sort of swooned a bit. Don’t judge me. Thanks for letting me tag along Daniel!!! ⚔️🤺

Welcome back. This is your update on the esophagus saga. Yes, my esophagus. It has shut down at the base and does not open to empty to my stomach. Depression all around. 58 pounds down from my body eating away at itself. Eating away at excess fat, and muscle just to survive.

While I may “look great,” thank you but remember, I’m not well... And I can’t keep this up. It’s a danger to other organs aswell if I can’t get food and water in, ok? Ok.

I have successfully scheduled the two tests the doc wants to do, at USC in Los Angeles, for Wednesday 10/23

Our Story

Owned and operated by a dual-licensed solo practitioner, Aiyani grew up on the Central Coast and in 2015 returned home to raise her twins with her husband. The name RED CORAL comes from a piece of jewelry her dad gave to her, made of red coral from the islands of Palau, where he is from. It is now illegal to harvest red coral, but decades ago it was used to create jewelry that replicated "bachel" the islands' form of currency. To wear multiple pieces was to state your wealth, or the rank of your clan. In Palau, Aiyani's family is considered royalty, because her grandmother was adopted by the princess. Instead of wearing a tiara everyday, (like she wants to) Aiyani wears her bachel replica pieces her aunts make her, as well as the red coral piece her dad gave her.
