Casa Rosa Elder Care For those interested in a quiet and relaxing community, Casa Rosa offers a peaceful escape from the busy routine of city life. Three rooms can be shared.

Casa Rosa is nestled in a fenced and gated property on a rural, five acres. While being the perfect city escape, it remains within minutes of the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, they share the same street, and it is close to many shopping, dining, and leisure areas. Casa Rosa offers a variety of living capabilities with eighteen beds for fifteen rooms. Two room units are two bedroom; which allows for the combination of a bedroom, bathroom and a living room, or two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Rooms are equipped with a phone, cable television, and high-speed Internet. Natural lighting brightens the rooms with serene views—a few select rooms provide beautiful, ocean panoramas. Special rooms are available, such as rooms designated for hospice care. Please contact with inquiries.

We’re proud to welcome respected healthcare leader Alan Iftiniuk as our new Chief Executive Officer. With more than 50 years of healthcare leadership, including two decades leading French Hospital, Alan brings trusted experience and strong local roots to our mission.
Under his leadership, Rose Care Group is expanding beyond assisted living and memory care to include home health and hospice services through our sister companies, Aevum Home Health and Aevum Hospice. This step comes at a critical time for San Luis Obispo County, ensuring seniors and families have access to quality, compassionate care close to home.
