ILGWellness My goal is to bring you and your loved ones to optimal health by helping you connect Mind, Body and Spirit.

Using myself as a conduit, divine energy travels into your body and knows where it needs to go for healing. I am certified for Reiki I, crystal healing, colored light, and sound healing. I incorporate multiple healing methods which include singing bowls, turning forks, crystals and infinite love and gratitude. My private healing room is nestled among the eucalyptus trees on our 4-acre ranchette with an ocean view.
