Hey friends! Just wanted to share this find. I have recently discovered a comprehensive program to help with mobility/flexibility that includes functional range of motion. As a physical therapist and massage therapist I am not easily impressed with online coaching programs but I have to say I finally found something that I have started using myself and will be recommending and using with my clients. Its very reasonably priced in my opinion for what you get: a comprehensive 70 page pdf as well as as a video demonstrating all the exercises and another video showing substitutions if you are unable to perform the regular exercises plus an exercise cheat sheet for traveling. Its called Simplistic Mobility Method. There is also a facebook group you are invited to join after purchasing the program which I have found to be quite inspiring with people posting before and after photos. This is a great program for anyone but especially runners who I have found to be not the greatest group when it comes to fully body mobility. I hope some of you check it out because I think its very beneficial and I am already noticing some areas of increased mobility in just over 10 days. If anyone checks it out let me know what you think

Have you ever tried overnight oats? I eat a lot of oatmeal but hot oatmeal is not speaking to me as summer is heating up. So I make overnight oats. Super easy and tou can add whatever you want!
Here is a super easy base recipe for one serving:

1/2 cup Milk or plant Milk

3/4-1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 cup yogurt (optional for a creamier texture, can use coconut yogurt)

1 tablespoon date syrup, coconut sugar, honey or maple syrup if you want a little sweetness

Add everything to a mason jar. Mix well. Cover and leave it int the fridge overnight.

Here are a few variations to get you started:

Carrot cake: Add grated carrots, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries or raisins, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.

Blueberry Lemon: Add blueberries, a little lemon zest and some honey

Strawberry cheesecake: Add strawberries (diced), vanilla yogurt

Chocolate peanut butter: Add 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter, cacao powder, honey

Pumpkin pie: Add canned pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped pecans and maple syrup

Elvis Presley: Add mashed banana, peanut butter and honey
