⭐️ Lifestyle 60 Crew:
Your week is stacked with strength and solid sweat sessions:
Monday: Strict Press + Push Press strength followed by two spicy 6:00 AMRAPs!
Tuesday: Front Squat + Jump Rope strength, then a Partner Row WOD—grab your gym buddy!
Wednesday: Toes to Bar + Deadlifts plus a heavy Floor Press session to build that upper-body power.
Thursday: Open Gym from 7:30am–10:00am & 3:00pm–5:00pm—move at your pace, work your focus.
Friday: It’s MURPH PREP! Let's prime the body and mind for Memorial Day with a purposeful sweat.
Saturday: Always fun—Community WOD at 8:00am & 9:30am.

💪 Longevity 60:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:15am.
This low-intensity class focuses on strength, mobility, and functional movement, all in a welcoming and supportive environment. Great for anyone wanting to feel better, move better, and live better—no matter where you’re starting.
