I am feeling inspired by recent testimonials and thought I would share a little about one of my many experiences with Kambô.

After having had a brief, but deep consultation with my practitioner, we decided to use LU 1 and LU 2, of the lung meridians in addition to some liver points. The lungs correspond to emotions of grief and sadness, while the liver is more associated with anger and resentment, both of which i identified with at the time.
I must say that these lung points were quite challenging once the Kambô was applied, physically and emotionally.

Before this I have always been very grateful to the frog for bringing me relief in my body and always an overwhelming sense of well-being on the physical plain. However with this particular experience the Kambô was able break through my emotional blockages, tear down walls I had created to feel safe, and truly opened my heart to see clearly all the things that have not served me in the past. All the things I needed to let go! As I cried and cried into my bucket the beautiful frog showed me, held me, and allowed to me be free of those chains. I felt a revived sense of connection with self and spirit afterwards that lingered and still to this day has had a lasting impact on my life and relationship with this beautiful medicine.

I just wanted to share this with you all so that you can also be sure that Kambô works on healing all dimensions of our being. This offering is not just for those with physical ailments but truly touches the body, mind and spirit. It is capable of expanding our life force, as all of our Mother’s medicines are.

Go with intention. Lead with the heart. 💚
