                                            If I was starting from zero to get ready for ski season… here’s exactly what I’d do 👇
1️⃣ Start with capacity, not chaos.
Forget the fancy “ski prep” circuits — start with 2–3 full-body strength sessions and some steady aerobic work. You don’t need to mimic skiing yet… you need to be fit enough to ski.
2️⃣ Own your movement patterns.
Hinge, squat, rotate, balance on one leg. The more control you have here, the less your knees and hips hate you later.
3️⃣ Add intention before you dial up the intensity.
Once your base is set, then layer in power and agility. That’s how you go from “getting ready” to “ready to rip.”
