Josh Cotton recently hit his 100 Session Member Milestone and had amazing results just by consistently locking in twice a week.

Consistency is key when talking about results - but commitment isn’t as crazy as it might feel looking in from the outside.

There’s always a starting point, and confidence stems from keeping the realistic promises we set for ourselves.

Danielle Nye recently hit her 100 Session Member Milestone! 🔥

A few words from Coach Shannon!
“Danielle Nye joined OTA a few years ago, left to have some babies and is BACK BABY… she’s been back at OTA for a little over 2 months. She was looking to take better care of her health and improve body composition. Busy momma life was starting to feel challenging in fueling her body the right way. She has stayed consistent with 2 days a week and is crushing it!

Danielle is the nicest human and is so welcoming and supportive of others in the class. Congratulations on 100 sessions!! Let’s keep crushing it!”

We are so back with OTA Q&A!

This time we asked our coaches wha they wished every adult knew about training. Really interesting to hear the overlap within the answers.

Starting is the only thing that matters. Finding that starting point can be hard, but that’s exactly what good coaches do - they meet you where you’re at, not where trends are.

Olde Town Athlete has this standard as you can hear from their responses. The encouragement is unmatched here. You belong, and you deserve to start!

As we head into this next week - here’s an overhead press tip from Coach Rob to keep those shoulders functioning, especially with modifications.

At OTA, the focus is on how to get started safely. It doesn’t need to be perfect, it needs to feel safe for the body. That starting step leads to another, then to another, and you keep going. That’s the momentum we aim for. 🙌

Tony Christensen recently reached his 100 Session Member Milestone!

Coach Shannon shares some words:
“Tony Christensen came to OTA about a year ago to get back to a healthier lifestyle. He’s got two little boys and it was important to Tony to be outside throwin the football around, to run, and to enjoy all the activities little ones require without feeling “out of shape”.
He’s the 5:30am hype man, cheers everyone on in class, gives free high fives & makes everyone feel welcome.
Congrats on 100 sessions, Man!”
