Hi! I’m Dr. Alec, a California native and chiropractor passionate about helping people move and feel their best. My mission is to empower individuals to become the leaders of their own health journey. I integrate functional medicine and nutrition to support whole-body wellness from the inside out. “I am absolutely honored to be a part of a space that focuses on helping people feel their best, physically and mentally! I’m all about creating a positive, welcoming vibe and making sure everyone feels cared for.

I’ve lived in Colorado for 10 years now and moved here from the Republic of Panama. Some of my favorite hobbies include reading, cooking, swimming, spending time with my partner and our 2 pets and spending lots of time with family! When I’m not in the office you will probably find me reading or out exploring the Beauty Colorado has to offer.

🎄GIVING TREE 2024!!! 🎄

Every year we partner with a local nonprofit that we can support for the holidays. This year we are partnering again with Denver Children’s Home () to provide some holiday magic for kiddos that need it more than ever!

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
•Pick a kiddo (or several) off our tree in the office & keep the tag!!
•Ask Shay or Madi @ the front desk for the links for the kids’ gifts
•Purchase the gift(s) and/or gift cards to bring back to us BEFORE DEC 12th

Guidelines:
•The gifts MUST be unwrapped—bags are fine!
•We must have them delivered to us before Dec 12th as they need enough time to wrap the gifts & prepare for drop off to kids.
