Not my typical content for this page, but it needs to be said!
A cuddle client from this weekend is buying in Steamboat Springs and didn't call me first to connect him with one of my most favorite and vetted agents there.
I felt sad at first, and THEN! The magic moment happened...
I took ownership and said, "oh that's on me! That's on me that they didn't know that I know people EVERYWHERE!"

I live for updates like this!
Former "fix everything about me, no matter the cost" turned "radical acceptance, one day at a time"...
This client and I worked together for two sessions.
I LOVE working myself and other therapists out of jobs.
We serve our clients best when they have the skills they need and they no longer need us.
I celebrate these wins with my clients fiercely!!

I JUST did a business coaching session on how to say "no" when it's hard!! More wisdom from True Self Sanctuary !

Saying “no” can feel like a battle, but you don’t have to explain, justify, or apologize.

Next time you struggle, try one of these:

✔️ “That doesn’t work for me.”
✔️ “I’m not available for that.”
✔️ “I have to honor my limits.”
✔️ (And if all else fails…) “Nope.”
