To all my clients: Thank you so much for your patience. I am planning on working as of Tue., Jan.06, 2026. Initially, I plan to take only 2 clients a day to test my energy and endurance levels from Tue. to Fri. from 12 noon to 4.00 pm and then subsequently open up Sat., as I monitor my progress.

I received this some days ago and cannot thank my clients enough for validating my services on Google and other social media platforms. I'm not a competitive person. In fact, my only rival is myself. Each day I have aspired to do better than yesterday, as a person and as a practitioner. I did not apply for this award nor was I nominated. Hence, it came as a big surprise. It's that time of the year again. You can now have all the aggressive and corrective skincare procedures done now that I couldn't offer during summer due to sun and heat exposure. This is a young lady in her forties who has a lot of sun damage. Some of this is due to genetics. I have put these Microneedliing photos in a sequence of Before, After and During the procedure. I need a few more sessions to address the hyperpigmentation and telangiectacia.

Blue LED (Light Emitting Diode) Therapy releases oxygen which is regenerative and healing. It is a highly anti-bacterial supportive treatment. Hence, when used for acneic conditions, wherein the acne bacteria cannot thrive in aerobic (oxygenated) conditions, it is a very effective treatment. It is also a therapeutic protocol for psoriasis , eczema and some other skin conditions. This is a great optional treatment during summer because performing invasive treatments with chemical peels, microneedling and lasers can create complications due to exposure to the sun and heat.

This is a message for all my clients: I am frustrated, angry and upset that many of you take me for granted. You make appointments multiple times, then cancel again and again. You are required to give me 24 hours notice so I can at least try and fill that slot. However, that is not the case. You call an hour or two before your scheduled appointment to cancel. Your reasons range from having a conflicting botox appointment or a hairdressing appointment or dropping and picking up kids and a score of other reasons. This is my livelihood and if my services don't really matter, please quit being a client. Enough is enough. I'm tired of catering to your whims. Either you treat me as a professional or I don't want to see you. As of now, I shall charge a $50.00 fee if you do not give me 24 hours cancellation notice. Thank you!

Just a reminder to all my clients that I will be suspending all corrective and invasive skin procedures starting June 01 to Sep.15, 2025. This is obviously because of complications caused by the sun, heat and an outdoorsy lifestyle in a high altitude. Please book your Microneedling and Chemical Peels prior to June.

This is a client in her 70s who had severe sun damage leading to hyper- pigmentation and deep lines. It has taken me several months of alternating between microneedling and chemical peels to this level of improvement. It is still a work in progress.

Memory from Feb 19, 2012. I was teaching a Dermaplaning class to a group of wonderful Aestheticians in Denver, CO. No one nicked or sliced anyone so I called it a success! Lol. I was cross eyed at the end of the class because I was focusing on the angle of everyone's blade.

Memory from Feb. 15, 2011: The meteorologists had said it would be a sprinkling of snow but it was a full on blizzard with white out conditions. The class was held at the Double Tree By Hilton in Westminster, CO. The class was based on the Physiology of Skin and Chemistry of Ingredients and Advanced Chemical Peels. I tried to keep my classes small so I could give my attention to all the Aestheticians attending. However, due to the weather conditions more than half the class didn't make it. I would like to convey my immense appreciation for those who made it inspite of the driving risks. Thank you Yolande and Amina from CO Springs, Jennifer and Jenny from Fort Collins, Nicole from Longmont, Fraunke from Keystone, Jules from Golden and lastly my office manager Sam who made sure I had her assistance. I remember each one of you and ever grateful that you chose me as your Educator!🙏
