Thrive Massage Therapy Hi, I'm Jennifer Alexander, founder and owner of Thrive Massage Therapy.

Jennifer Alexander, LMT provides therapeutic massage for the enhancement of health and well-being, specializing in Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Sports Massage. I was drawn to massage therapy after personally experiencing the benefits of bodywork while recovering from chronic stress. Every person experiences stress on some level, whether it be physical stress or emotional stress and this can cascade into various effects on the body. My goal is to help facilitate wellness that is unique to each and every client, so that they can feel rejuvenated and balanced.
