We understand the past few years haven’t always been smooth, and we appreciate your honesty and patience as this community navigated challenges.
We’re reaching out now to let you know that the property and leadership are under new ownership. With this change, we’re proud to introduce a fresh start and a new name: Stonebridge Senior.
Why the Change?

We’re a different team, committed to addressing past issues head-on and ensuring our residents receive the quality care they deserve.
Enhanced Training & Staffing:
We’ve brought in new management, expanded onboarding programs, and ongoing professional development to make sure our staff can truly shine.

Our goal is to keep families and residents in the loop, from regular updates on well-being to open-door policies and supportive community forums.
