Inside the brain, synchronized electrical pulses between neurons create brainwaves, similar to a symphony with different musical notes. These brainwaves, ranging from low to high frequencies, correspond to various mental states. Proper synchronization of these waves leads to optimal mental health, while disharmony can cause conditions like depression and anxiety. However, with training, you can learn to control your brainwaves! 💪

Neurofeedback using EEG technology can help measure and train our brainwaves to optimize our mental wellbeing. This non-invasive method uses real-time feedback to teach the brain self-regulation, spatial/motor skills, enhance focus, improve mood, and strengthen our memory. 💡

Not only can neurofeedback alter our brainwaves, but music can too! Music can quickly improve your mood by calming you when upset or energizing you before an event. Energy Supply: The brain is one of the most energy-demanding organs, consuming about 20% of the body's total energy. Proper nutrition provides the glucose needed to fuel brain activities.

Neurotransmitter Production: Nutrients are essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, which are chemicals that transmit signals between neurons. For example, amino acids from proteins are precursors to neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine.
