What an absolute blast we had this past Sunday at the Arvada Beer Garden! 🥳

Thank you so much for having us—it was the perfect setting for some movement and connection.

✨And a huge thank you to everyone who came out and got their flow on! 🙏

Community is at the heart of Gray’s purpose, and seeing it come to fruition like this is truly amazing. We love gathering all of you for class, good vibes, and, of course, a little post-flow cheers!

Also- You absolutely need to visit the Arvada Beer Garden! The space is not only beautiful and welcoming, but their selection of food and drinks are delicious. It’s the perfect spot for gathering your friends and family to spend some quality time together.
