At Springwood, you will find ranch-style cottage homes with attached garages, located in two cozy cul-de-sacs. The Fountains: a three story 55+ independent living community with onsite manager and regularly scheduled social programs. Springwood Apartments, the hub of our campus, has independent apartments with services such as housekeeping and meals, social, health and wellness programs, and transportation. Nightingale Suites is our fully licensed assisted living community with 24-hour trained staff and LPN. Nightingale Lane, our licensed memory care community with 28 apartments in a nurturing, and stimulating setting with 24 hour trained staff, LPN oversight and programs keeps residents engaged in life.

Springwood residents made German cinnamon rolls, while learning the history of Oktoberfest. One residents brought in her tiny Coors beer stein!. We made paper mache haunted houses and homemade clay to make clay ghosts! 🎃

Our Havana Nights, End of Summer BBQ was a blast! Each building spent the past week learning and exploring the Cuban culture. Today we ate amazing Cuban food prepared by our culinary team and enjoyed a performance by Felix and Mica, who danced and taught us the art of Salsa dancing.

The Fountains: a three story independent apartment building with on site manager and regularly scheduled social programs. Springwood Apartments, the hub of our Campus, has independent apartments with services such as housekeeping and meals, social, health and wellness programs, and transportation. Nightingale Suites is our fully licensed assisted living community with 24 hour trained staff and an LPN on staff seven days a week. We provide high quality assisted living at a reasonable cost. Nightingale Lane is our licensed Alzheimer's and Dementia community with 28 apartments in a nurturing and stimulating setting with 24 hour trained staff, LPN, and programs to keep residents engaged in life.
