But because we were busy actually helping people feel better. And let’s be honest; 2025. And Year of the Snake. And January/February 2026….

We’re Inspired Wellness Center!
We do acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine, and massage. We believe in making patients feel like friends, taking what we do seriously but not ourselves, and the body’s ability to feel better.

We’ve got some BIG things coming 2026. You’ll hear more about that soon but assume more education, more real talk, and more ways to help your body do its thing. With nearly 20 years in business, it’s time to get back to being the OG that we are 😎.

Welcome to the Year of the Horse! 🔥🐎

The past year - Year of the Snake - was all about shedding and releasing what no longer serves. Facing hard truths and clearing the path.

Lunar new year and this year of the horse brings a new energy. Now it’s time for forward momentum - moving with intention, trusting the ride, and leaning into this year with courage.

So set some intentions about who you could be if you took more action, and figure out where you want to go. This year is full of possibilities and the horse is ready to take you there.

So here we are, the gals of IWC; sun out, shoulders back, staring into 2026 like:
You don’t have to be perfect… just please be better than last year.

We’re cautiously optimistic.
Mildly hopeful.
And extremely confident it can’t be worse than 2025. Right?

We think gratitude deserves more than one day, and we kinda love doing things on our own timeline 😎.

So here we are… sharing what our team is thankful for, and we’ve got some extra special things on our list this year. 😄🦃💛

This year our Inspired Wellness Center crew is feeling extra grateful for:

💙 Dr. Jana — I’m thankful for 18 years of IWC, my extra fabulous team, giant pumpkins, a job I genuinely love and the incredible patients who accept me just as I am.

🤍 Erin — Patients who trust me, full schedules, a great boss (Jana -> 🥸), my first 7 fertility patients who finally got the + 💙💜 that they’ve been hoping for, the ability to help others and most importantly; GETTING ENGAGED 🥰💍👰!

💙 Kerstin — I could list off so much-from my boys, to my wonderful job and coworkers at IWC. But for those of you who have heard about the saga of my years long DIY home remodel, you know I am MOST thankful for a functioning second bathroom!! Sharing a single bathroom with two teenage boys is not for the weak. The master bedroom/ bathroom remodel began May 2024! 🤯
