Inspired Wellness Center is officially 1️⃣8️⃣ years old! That means we’re old enough to know better, but young enough to still have fun 😎

🎉 Yay! We are so excited to celebrate Erin and Kerstin on their 1-year anniversaries with Inspired Wellness Center!

Over the past year, Erin has been a rockstar acupuncturist, helping countless patients feel better and live healthier, while Kerstin has been the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly and our patients feeling welcome ❤️.

We are so grateful for everything they bring to our team and can’t wait to see what year two has in store! 💙

A vacation away keeps the grumpy’s away!

That’s not a real saying, just something we made up 😉.

Time to catch up with Jana in beautiful Vancouver and on her Alaskan cruise! And you KNOW we’re representing inspired Wellness Center up here in “the last frontier.”

🇨🇦 First up was Vancouver, BC
🛳️ Next boarding our Holland America cruise
🐋 First stop Juneau, AK for whale watching and a glacier that started with a M (🤔)
🚂 Next stop was Skagway, AK for a salmon bake, train through the Yukon and the Red Onion Saloon
🧊Yesterday was a gorgeous trip through Glacier Bay
🥶 Today is Ketchikan, AK

Loving the people, the sights and the slower pace. We’ve gone through customs 5 times (and counting) with passing back and fourth through the 🇨🇦/🇺🇸 borders.

❤️ We’re thankful that Erin, Kerstin and Jess are keeping this running while Jana is away! Thanks ladies! 😘

The good news is that these last 87 days of January were just a transitional period and TODAY is the real deal.

A special note from Jana ❤️:

Today seems like the perfect day to share some exciting news!

It is my greatest honor to introduce you to a guy that is extra special in my heart…sweet baby Brooks. And he is the 1000th baby to be welcomed into the Inspired Wellness family 👼🥳🥰.

To think that we now have 1000 babies in our IWC family leaves me at a loss for words and that is a rare occurrence! So as I really reflect on the last 17 years, and all the moments that lead me here, my heart just explodes with joy. Please know that it is the absolute greatest gift I could ask for; to have been on this journey with all of you.

Also know that every single one of those babies, and the ones still to come, are a little bit mine! 😘

Have you met Erin yet? Hard to believe she's been with us for 6 months!

We have come to love so many qualities about her, but we've also learned so much more about her!
▶️She is grounded, reliable, efficient, easy to talk to, and loves to talk about Chinese herbs to benefit her acupuncture treatments.
▶️ She is starting a side gig of placenta encapsulation because she believes strongly in the benefits of it. Have questions about this; hit her up!
▶️ In her "past life" she was a massage therapist! Add that to her training in grad school about acupuncture and the Chinese medical model she can incorporate all of that into massages, specifically prenatal massages which is a HUGE value-add to our patients!

A few things you should know about us
*We opened in 2007
*We have a rockstar at the front desk named Kerstin 👩 whose "real" job is as a Labor & Delivery🤰 nurse, but in her spare time outside of the hospital, family, friends, and all things Colorado native fun; she hangs out with us 🥰.
*Erin 💆‍♀️ is an acupuncturist here and although she finished grad school and got board-certified about a year ago; she has tons of experience. She has a passion for women's health but is enjoying treating a variety of health issues, she has a side gig of doing placenta encapsulation, she was a massage therapist in the past and loves working with Chinese herbal medicine.
*Jana 👩‍⚕️ is a proud Colorado native and the OG around here. Inspired Wellness Center is her baby and she's been practicing acupuncture for nearly 20 years! She loves working with fertility, pregnancy, and oncology but she's seen just about everything else in the last two decades. She lives by the "take what we do seriously, but never ourselves" philosophy and is so proud of what IWC has become to her, her patients, her staff, and her community 💙.
*Our services include: acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine consults, and massage (including prenatal) and more! BTW we have super cool things in the works to expand our offering. So watch out 2025; we're coming for ya!
