We’re excited to welcome Dr. Sam Dowling to the team! As a skilled and compassionate physical therapist, she brings a wealth of expertise in helping patients recover, move better, and live pain-free. Whether you're overcoming an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve mobility, Dr. Sam is here to help you every step of the way!

Samantha is a physical therapist who moved to Colorado after growing up in New Jersey. With her undergraduate exercise science degree from a small school in Maryland and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University in NYC, she has honed her skills in outpatient physical therapy, specializing in treating musculoskeletal conditions ranging from post-operative care to sports-related injuries and chronic conditions. As a certified dry needling specialist and also a fitness instructor, Samantha combines her passion for fitness with her professional expertise to offer a comprehensive approach and personalized care to health and recovery.

Outside the clinic, you'll often find Samantha engaging in F45 HIIT workouts, hiking the beautiful Colorado trails, or playing basketball. She's also an avid supporter of New York sports teams and loves sharing that enthusiasm with her patients. Samantha is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities and sports they love, improving body movement, and making therapy fun and engaging.
