🌱𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 🌱
H**p plants produce over 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐬, and 𝐂𝐁𝐃 (𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐥)is just one of them — but it’s considered “non-intoxicating,” meaning it won’t get you high, even though it interacts with the same endocannabinoid system (ECS) as THC.

🔬 There's a ton of emerging research with other cannabinoids including CBG (cannabigerol): Sometimes called the “mother cannabinoid,” because it’s the precursor to many others. Early research suggests roles in mood, inflammation, and gut health.

🥑 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡? 𝐓𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

I love this time of year, with a bounty of fresh veggies from our garden. It can be a bit tiresome - all the chopping, canning, freezing - to prepare foods for the winter. But the taste and quality make it all worth it!

This is some of our final harvest of tomatoes, roasting with other goodies for tomato soup! I absolutely love a good tomato soup and grilled cheese. Classic!

Mindful eating isn’t about restriction — it’s about noticing:
✨ Am I truly hungry, or looking to feed another need?
✨ How does this food make me feel?
✨ What and how much does my body actually need right now?

I like to go a step further and acknowledge where my food came from and the efforts it took to get it from farm to table, appreciating the land and the people along the way. Thanks food!

Ever fallen into the rabbit hole of Googling your symptoms and suddenly convinced yourself you’ve got 12 rare diseases? 😅 There’s actually a name for that →𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐚. Always a joy to have some fun with the Boundless Staff!

Our Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor, 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐚, 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥. We had the pleasure of sampling prime examples of teas from China. Amazing how subtle flavors come through, and change, when brewed correctly!

🌟 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘅𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴? 🌟

It sounds intense, but at its core, it's about 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿-𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 (beans, berries, veggies, grains, nuts) to support digestion, balance blood sugar, and keep your heart + gut happy.

This can be good as most adults (and children) don’t get enough fiber—𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵.
Pro tips:
✨Don't overthink it! Just eat whole fruits and veggies, so you get both the soluble and insoluble fibers that you need.
✨Go slow, too much at once can cause bloating and discomfort.
✨Drink water, and mix up your fiber sources for the best results.
