If you’re thinking about residential options but don’t feel they should leave the family home just yet, you may want to know about Colorado’s Family Caregiver Act. This legislation provides broader choices for Individuals who are already receiving services funded by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF), in terms of where and from whom services are received.
